Why we built this
Most cleaning companies make booking the hard part.
The two-income household is the rule in the Triangle, not the exception. People who can afford a recurring clean are also the people whose calendars don't have a free Saturday for one - and they shouldn't have to leave a voicemail and wait two days for a quote callback to book one.
All Clear Cleaning exists because the local cleaning market still runs on phone tag. Online booking gives you the exact price in under a minute. Every cleaning professional in our network passes a criminal background check and brings at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience. They show up with their own supplies and equipment, and they keep the work that fits their schedule.

"100% satisfaction" promises mean nothing without a path to redress. Ours is concrete: tell us within 24 hours, send a photo of the issue, and the cleaner comes back at no charge to fix it.

Pricing should be the same for everyone.
What you pay is what online booking shows. We don't quote one rate to the search engine and a different one to a phone call. The recurring discount is published, the same-day surcharge is published, and the cancellation policy is in our terms - no surprises.
How we choose cleaners
Five steps before a cleaner takes a single job.
We turn down more applications than we accept. The result is a smaller network than you'd see on a national app, but a more consistent one - the cleaner you get this week is the same caliber as the cleaner you got last month.

Criminal background check on every cleaner before their first paid job. No exceptions.

At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience required to enter the network.

Reference checks from previous cleaning clients or employers, before any first booking.

Trial period
New cleaners start on lower-stakes jobs (standard cleans, smaller homes) before they get assigned move-in/out, post-construction, or recurring sensitive work.

Ongoing standards
We track client feedback after every visit. Cleaners with persistent quality issues are removed from the network - we'd rather turn down a job than let a bad clean go out the door.

The brokerage model, plainly
The cleaning professionals on a job through All Clear Cleaning are independent contractors, not W-2 employees. Many of them run their own small cleaning businesses; we send them work, they accept the jobs that fit their schedule, and we pay them directly per job.
We chose this model deliberately. It lets cleaners control their own schedules and earnings, lets us cover every city we serve without restricting any client to one cleaner's geographic range, and keeps overhead low - which is part of how online pricing stays competitive with the local market.
Insurance and service area
All Clear Cleaning carries general liability insurance at the company level. A certificate of insurance is available on request - useful for commercial clients and HOAs.
