What cities does All Clear Cleaning serve?
Nine Triangle cities: Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, and Garner - across Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties. If your address is on the edge of one of these, call (984) 500-2700 to confirm before booking.
How much does cleaning cost?
Standard residential cleans are priced by home size and frequency - biweekly is usually the most cost-effective. Deep cleans are roughly 1.5-2× a standard. Move in/out is roughly 2-2.5×. Commercial and post-construction are quoted per project. Use online booking for an exact price, or call for a custom quote.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients give us an entry method (door code, key, lockbox) and aren't home. We follow the access instructions on your booking and lock up when finished.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes - the cleaning professional brings standard residential cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you want used (for marble, sealed wood, or sensitive finishes), leave them out and they'll be used instead.
Are you insured?
Yes. All Clear Cleaning carries general liability insurance at the company level. Certificate of insurance is available on request.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
If you're unhappy with the clean, contact us within 24 hours. The cleaner will return at no charge to redo the missed areas.
Do you run background checks on cleaners?
Yes. Every cleaning professional in our network passes a criminal background check before their first job, and we require a minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience. The full vetting process is on the about page.
Are the cleaners employees or contractors?
Independent contractors. The cleaning professionals booking jobs through All Clear Cleaning are background-checked independent contractors - many run their own small cleaning businesses. We handle scheduling, customer support, and payment; they handle the cleaning. We explain the vetting process in detail on the about page.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice are no-charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $50 short-notice fee, since the cleaner has already blocked the time.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
For recurring schedules, yes - we try to assign the same cleaner each visit so they learn your home and preferences. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll let you know in advance and offer a substitute or a reschedule.
