Service
Hotel/Airbnb Clean
5-star turnovers, on the schedule guests already booked.
Same-day turnover cleaning between guest stays - bathroom and kitchen reset, linen swap, restock of consumables, and a damage check.
A hotel or Airbnb turnover isn’t a deep clean - it’s a precise reset on a fixed checkout-to-check-in clock. The job is to leave the unit in the exact condition the next guest expects from your listing photos, and to flag anything that could turn into a complaint or a damage claim.
If your unit needs a quarterly reset (built-up grime, baseboards, blinds, behind appliances), schedule that as a separate Deep Clean - turnovers are too short for that level of detail.
Typical duration: Typically 1.5-4 hours depending on bedrooms and bathrooms.
Pricing: Turnover pricing is per visit and depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, and whether linen handling is included. Most 1-2 bedroom units run $75-$150 per turnover. Get an exact rate at online booking.
