This Privacy Policy describes how All Clear Cleaning Co. ("we," "us," "our," or "ACC") handles personal information you provide when you request, book, or use our cleaning services.

1. Information we may collect

  • Contact information: name, service address, billing address, email, phone number.
  • Service details: home size, bedrooms/bathrooms, pets, access codes, parking, scope, special requests.
  • Booking history: appointments, invoices, payments, cleaning notes.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe and Booking Koala; full card numbers are not stored on our systems.
  • Communications: recorded calls, texts, and emails for quality, training, and dispute resolution.
  • Website analytics: pages visited, referring source, basic device information.

We collect only what we reasonably need to deliver our services.

2. How we may use information

  • Schedule and perform cleaning services.
  • Process payments and manage billing.
  • Send confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and arrival notices.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints.
  • Improve quality and operations.
  • Meet legal and tax obligations.

3. When we may share information

We may share information with:

  • Assigned cleaning professionals, limited to what they need to perform the visit (address, access details, scope, your contact info for day-of coordination).
  • Service vendors who help us run the business (payment processor, booking platform, email/SMS provider, analytics provider). These vendors are bound by their own privacy policies and contracts with us.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Communications and SMS consent

By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive SMS service messages from All Clear Cleaning Co. including booking confirmations, arrival notices, reschedules, receipts, and customer-support replies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any promotional SMS to opt out of marketing messages. Service messages required to deliver a clean (e.g., arrival notices for an upcoming appointment) may continue to be sent for active bookings.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as we reasonably need it to deliver service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Booking and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; in the event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your choices

You may request a summary of personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of records that we are not required to retain. Contact us at contact@getallclear.com with your request.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

Our website and confirmation messages may link to third-party services (e.g., Booking Koala, Stripe, mapping services). Those services maintain their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always at https://getallclear.com/privacy with an updated effective date.
