Post-construction cleaning is a distinct discipline from residential cleaning - drywall dust gets into every crevice, paint and adhesive residue sticks to fixtures, and the volume of fine particulate is much higher than a normal clean. Plan for the cleaning visit after all trades are finished, not while finish work is still happening, since dust resettles fast.
